(D) A prosecution for any violation of this segment would not preclude a prosecution of a violation of any other section on the Revised Code. One or more functions, a number of acts, or perhaps a system of behavior which might be prosecuted beneath this area or some other portion with the Revised Code could possibly be prosecuted beneath this area,
